Any merchandise offered on the Reuvens-shop.com online site can be ordered upon availability.  To validate your order implies complete and irreversible acceptance of the hereby sales conditions.
You will receive via E-mail a confirmation of your order, summarizing its contents.  This E-mail is to be considered as acknowledgement of receipt.  It also contains an order reference number to be dutifully kept, to be used in case of a later claim.

Acceptance of your order is declared as soon as you :

• input the data appearing onscreen and contained in the online order and
• click “Send.

The online securized payment mode is the simplest and fastest way to secure complete you order.  
In order to offer you the safest possible service, Reuvens-shop.com has chosen the secure server payment system.
When you select the Carte Bleue payment mode, you enter a securized mode and you are redirected onto a secured page of the server.
All information submitted onto the page (credit card number and expiration date) are encrypted and only accessible to the payment server, which verifies the validity of your card (no payment opposition, nor wrong digits).

Delivery costs: our Shipping & handling fees are fixed, no matter the amount of your order nor the quantity of goods.

Delivery times: delivery will happen at least 24 hours after order validation, and no later than 7 days.  However, in case of temporary stock unavailability, we offer the choice to either cancel your order  or to receive it later than expected, in which case the belated delivery date will be notified.

For your information, transportation usually takes :
- 48 hrs for continental France (Collissimo)
- 5 to 7 open days for Euro zone, French Islands, DOM-TOM and ROW (Collissimo)
- 7 to 10 open days for other destinations in the worl

- Handling schedule
Orders placed before 2 pm (Paris time) are processed on a same day basis (except in emergency cases such as temporary stock unavailability, etc.).  Orders placed after 2 pm are taken care of the following day.

Your order is to be delivered by either La Poste (Colissimo Suivi), Chronopost or DHL where indicated by customer in its order.  If absent at delivery point and time, the customer is made aware how to rearrange an appointment with the delivery company or to collect its parcel at the local Post Office.  In which case, all related expenses are to be handled by the customer.
As you receice, you should control the contents match your order and the good condition of the goods.  In case of problem, you must contact Reuvens:

In all cases, don’t forget to clearly state where to contact you, as well as your order’s reference number.  We won’t consider claims taking place more than three days after you’ve received your order, or if your information are incomplete.  Goods received but considered unacceptable should be returned to Reuvens under the following conditions.  All goods returned should remain in their original packaging.

Limitation of liability
The Reuvens-shop.com company will not be held financially responsible, under the form of loss and damages, in case of events of any kind beyond its responsibility (force majeure, sinister, strike, administrative decision or transportation blocus) occurring and affecting the normal process of delivery, nor constitute ground for cancellation  of order.
Should the delivery delay exceeds seven days, the customer has the right to declare the contract invalid via registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, provided the delay can not be attributed to any of the above reasons.
If your order contains several goods, there is a possibility that the single order results in disctincts parcels.  We cannot, however, be held liable if the transportation company delivers them on different dates (a few days apart).  In this case, you acknowledging receipt of the first parcel extends to the whole order.

You ought to select your shipping charges in order for Reuvens to proceed with your order.
A dropdown menu allows you to select the geographic zone which matches the address you have put in.
For each of the three geographic zones there’s a transportation charge.

- Metro France : 7€
- Euro zone and DOM-TOM : 15€
- ROW: 20€

To obtain the final cost of your order, you must add these shipping costs to the subtotal of your order. Reuvens lets you know of these adding charges in advance, so that you can plan your expense budget accordingly.

Products ordered and delivered are guaranteed as authentic originals.
Customer’s invoice is considered the warranty.

Pursuant to article 6 of the Directive of May 20, 1997 concerning the consumer protection des as regards remote contract, and the article L 121-6 of the code of consumption, the purchaser has of a fourteen days deadline as from the delivery of the order to turn over the product to the salesman for an exchange or a refunding. Expenses of return remaining to the load of the purchaser.  In the event of exchange, the share in the expenses of sending will not be invoiced.

This faculty starts as soon as goods are delivered, which must be returned to Reuvens in its original sealed package, in perfect condition, along with a Bank Account Reference number, if you wish to be reimbursed.  If the normal delivery delay expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or on a Bank Holiday, delay is prolongated for as much.

As soon as the reutrned goods are received and carefully checked by Reuvens, we will keep you informed shortly thereafter by either phone, E-mail or mail on how we decide to answer your claim.  Depending on your wishes, provided agreed conditions apply, we will either exchange the goods or refund you. In case of return, please add a note to the goods, so that we will know which measures are expected to meet your requirements.

Reuvens retains ownership of the object of the agreement until all payments resulting from the contractual obligation with the customer are received in full. Ownership is transferred at delivery time.

The data collected within the framework of these general conditions of sale and under the terms of the law of January 6, 1978, are accessible to the purchaser. He lays out in addition to right of access, of a right of correction of these personal data.

The applicable duty is that of the country in which is quoted. The trade resulting from these general conditions of sale is subjected to the French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or the execution of these general conditions of sale will be, fault of friendly agreement, distinct definitively by the courts of competent jurisdiction in the spring of the registered office of company REUVENS.
