All of our products are made the artisanal way in France, by our Chocolate Chef.

From torrefaction of the cocoa beans up to conditioning, we handle the fabrication of our products with the constant care to satisfy our concerned customers. Traceability allows us to guarantee a quality beyond criticism, as well as a perfect conformity to the eating standards of all our clients.

Our recipes are conceived with excellent taste. Each product has been selected with the greatest care by our Chocolate Chef.
We offer two distincts line of products, including one with absolutely no milk.  Hence, everyone has  his preferences fulfilled. To date, 18 recipes are already available to satisfy the most demanding gourmet needs. 

Reuvens offers a noble product excluding the whole range od additives commonly found in the marketplace. Our chocolate expresses his core attributes and becomes a natural product of long conservation again.

Excluded from our production are :

- any fat content other than cocoa butter (no animal fat at all),
- soy lecithin,
- synthetic vanillin,
- lactose and milk proteins (in the non milk line)
- lactoserum
- food varnishes
- food dyes.

All the Reuvens products are produced, conditioned and distributed under the strict watch of the Consistory of Paris..

Our products are monitored from torrefaction of the cocoa beans up until the conditioning of the final chocolate pieces.

As for the Reuvens products containing milk, in order to meet the certification standards, the milk used in our products is supervised from the point of milking.  Thus it is certified free of any addition, obtained in all respect of the animal condition.
Each of the contents composing our products has its own Kashrut certification.
Someone is dully responsible for watching after the incoming of the various contents as well as supervising the production methods.

Finally, a food laboratory is exclusively dedicated to the production of our chocolates with no milk.
